Guada is an incredibly professional individual who gets the job done and is absolutely on the side of her clients.

She helped us sell two houses within a month (we expected it to take forever), and helped us secure our new house. She is an absolute doll but don't let her nice manner fool you; she will not take sh*t from anyone, and will ensure that you as the client gets exactly what you need, and will fight tooth and nail when people try to rip you off, including lenders.

I feel like giving Guada 5 stars just isn't enough! I recently had to sell my mother's house in Porter Ranch and not having lived there in many years, I wasn't familiar with the realtors in the area, so I looked around at all the signs in the neighborhood and spoke with several of the neighbors.  Everything was pointing in the direction of listing with the Pinnacle team of Diane and Guada.

AMAZING! We bought a home with Guada last September. Buying a home can be stressful and she handles all the various obstacles with ease and makes you feel like you are being taken of. She is on top of it. She doesn't let lenders, escrow, title, inspectors jerk you around as they all are known to do.
She also speaks fluent spanish, and that was very valuable to us as some of the homes we looked at had spanish only speaking owners.

We have been in our home for almost a year and we had an issue with our home warranty and she was on it. Issue solved.

She is dialed in, warm and assessable. You will not find a better agent. Period.
